About Tactic
What is Tactic Media, and where do you work?
Tactic Media is a Doha creative agency connecting strategy, identity, content, campaigns and digital experiences around one direction. We work with teams that need a partner to understand the business decision before execution begins.
What kinds of teams and projects are a good fit?
We fit businesses establishing a presence, repositioning a brand, or launching a service, campaign or digital experience. We can work with founders, marketing, product and leadership teams depending on the decision at hand.
Do you work in Arabic and English?
Yes. We treat Arabic and English as original brand versions, preserving meaning, tone and context in each language instead of relying on literal translation.
Can we begin before the project scope is fully clear?
Yes. You can begin with the question or problem you need to solve. We help define the priority, deliverables and first-stage scope before committing to full execution.
Services & fit
Can brand, content, campaign and website work as one project?
Yes. When a brand needs more than one discipline, we shape a connected scope so messaging, identity, content and digital experience serve one objective and one clear plan.
Can we engage Tactic for one service only?
Absolutely. You can begin with a standalone strategy, identity, content, campaign or website engagement. We define how it connects to the rest of your brand so the work stands alone without feeling disconnected.
Can you work with an existing identity or website?
Yes. We review what works and what blocks the experience, then decide whether the existing asset needs a focused improvement, a wider system or a rebuild. We do not assume every project must start from zero.
Do you provide ongoing content and campaign support?
The work can be structured as a defined launch or as clear monthly cycles for content, campaigns and improvement. We agree the rhythm, deliverables and review points around the team’s needs.
Process & delivery
What happens after I submit a project enquiry?
We review the context, objective and selected service, then identify the questions that need answers before proposing a next step. That step may be a discovery conversation, a clearer brief or an initial scope for review.
What do you need from our team at the start?
We need the objective, audience, current assets, expected timing and known constraints, plus clarity on who reviews and approves. If some answers are not ready, we turn them into discovery questions.
How do reviews and approvals work?
We define review points before execution, collect feedback through one path and clarify the decision needed at every stage. This keeps the project moving and responsibilities clear.
What happens after launch or handover?
Depending on scope, we hand over the agreed files, systems and guidance, then define review signals and the next improvement backlog. An ongoing operation or evolution phase can also be arranged.
Budget & starting
How do you price a project?
Pricing follows a clear objective, scope, deliverables, timing and number of review points. We provide a written scope explaining what the work includes before execution begins.
How long does a project usually take?
Timing depends on scope, approval speed and the availability of content and assets. After discovery, we propose stages and review dates the team can assess before approval.
We have a close deadline. Can we begin with a faster path?
We review what is fixed and what can wait, then define the smallest useful stage that can launch with clear quality. If the deadline cannot support a responsible result, we make that clear before committing.
Can we start with a discovery session or phase?
Yes. Discovery is useful when the problem is known but the solution, priority or scope is not. Its output is a practical direction that helps you decide the next implementation step.
